Timothy Taylor allegedly demanded sex act at gunpoint
It wasn’t a happy ending for a Florida man who was arrested for allegedly demanding sex acts from a massage parlor worker – while holding a gun to her head.
Timothy Paul Taylor, 35, a convicted felon, entered A1 Massage in Eustis through the back door about 10:30 a.m. Thursday and approached the woman, who was alone in the business, WESH reported.
He asked her to perform oral sex and when she told him the business doesn’t engage in that sort of activity he pointed a gun at her head and ordered her to do so, according to police.
But she stood firm and again said no, ClickOrlando.com reported.
The suspect then threatened to kill her if she called the cops and fled in a small black Chevy, according to the news outlet.
The woman, who was uninjured, called police from a neighboring business.

“She was a victim, but she fought back, and she resisted, and she was able to get out of there,” Eustis Police Chief Craig Capri said. “And anytime you can walk away from a violent crime like that, that’s a good thing.”
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office used a helicopter to help search for the suspect, who reportedly dropped off the car at his family’s home, according to WESH.
His mom helped cops collar the creep about 2:30 p.m.

“He refused to come out and was resisting and he was bit in the calf by a police dog. We located a gun at the scene, near the scene but it was a BB gun — BB gun, real gun they look very much alike,” Capri said.
“He put it under the hood to try to hide it,” he said about the pistol. “When he drove off, it fell out, so one of our captains was actually at the scene and saw it in the street and was able to recover it.”
“She said he had left and went into the woods. And he admit(ted), he confessed to her that he had did something that he shouldn’t have done,” the chief said.

Taylor was treated at a hospital for injuries he suffered by the K9 unit, police said.
He faces charges of attempted sexual battery, aggravated battery with a weapon, aggravated assault with a weapon and resisting arrest without violence.
Capri called Taylor a “violent felon” who has been arrested more than 25 times, with nine felony convictions.
