Teresa Giudice’s wedding hair ‘was its own being’

She’s not a “Housewife,” but she is real.

Bethenny Frankel is spilling her thoughts on “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s wedding to Luis Ruelas — and the infamous larger-than-life hairstyle she chose for her big day.

“The hair was its own being getting married,” Frankel quipped on her “Just B with Bethenny Frankel” podcast Monday, before expressing her approval of the dramatic ‘do.

“She knows where she came from, she is an Italian broad from Jersey … She got her hair done from her Jersey hairstylist and she’s the same Teresa that walked in with the cash to pay for the furniture, so yes, I am here for it, I want more.”

Frankel continued, “So, I love the fact that Teresa is now with this long sort of massive … crown hairdo, with this lavish elaborate party that is a circus, that her dress is so ornate, it’s over-the-top — like good for her.”

Not everyone was on board with Giudice’s hairstyle, which drew comparisons to Marge Simpson and “The Bride of Frankenstein” on social media. Hairstylist Lucia Casazza even defended the $10,000 ‘do shortly after the nuptials.

Giudice’s head was piled high with tons of extensions woven into a custom hairpiece.

“As we know, my girl Teresa is the queen of Jersey, so we needed hair that was fit for a queen,” Casazza told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM radio show. “You go big or you go home. [Teresa] said, ‘My hair has to be over the top.’”

Casazza built a custom mesh hair piece featuring $7,000 worth of real human hair extensions to achieve the voluminous look, which was inspired by real Italian and Mediterranean brides.

It took close to two hours for Casazza and other members of the glam squad to remove more than 1,500 bobby pins from Giudice’s hair after the reception, and Tre complained of a sore neck due to the added weight.

However, all was worth it for the memorable look.

As for Frankel, she previously weighed in on Giudice and Ruelas’ choice to skip a prenuptial agreement — tweeting that she “may jump through my phone if @Teresa_Giudice doesn’t sign a prenup” during an episode of “WWHL” — but wished the new couple well on her podcast.

“That’s not my business, it’s her life and her choice, her marriage, and she seems happy and she’s in love,” she said after reiterating her disapproval with that particular decision.
