Shein has clothing and accessory line for hamsters

The fashion brand Shein launched a collection of clothing and accessories for hamsters, with mini-sized items fit for the furry creatures like sunglasses, hats, and sweaters.

The online retailer, based in China, is peddling items such as a shopping cart for them to sleep in, a feeding chair for mealtimes, and a banana hammock for lounging.

A six-piece set includes toys like a wooden dumbbell, bell roller, carrot toy, and rattan ball.

Prices for these items on the site, known for their affordability, vary, with a cage for as much as $189.99 and a bathtub for just $3.80.

Twitter users have expressed bewilderment with the unusual pet products.

“Shein has officially lost it y’all,” @piercerkenzie said. “Do not buy hamster glasses from Shein,” @sjwalrus added.

However, others have embraced them.

“Not proud to admit I been looking up hamster clothes on Shein,” said @michefrench.
