It’s a red carpet nightmare! Actress Olivia Wilde and Margaret Zhang, editor-in-chief of Vogue China, were spotted wearing the same dress at the 2023 Met Gala.

The women likely imagined they would be the only ones to grace the red carpet Monday in their vintage-inspired Chloé dress based on a 1983 Karl Lagerfeld design, but to their surprise, they were twinning.

Wilde wore an angelic long white dress with side cutouts, a turtleneck neckline and a gold embellishment on the front, while Zhang wore a black version of the same outfit.

Both ladies added their own flare to their look; Zhang threw on her stunner shades, blocking out any sight of her replica look, while Wilde accessorized her dress with gilded wristbands and a gold clutch.

Many Met Gala watchers took to Twitter to share their thoughts about the big fashion no-no.

One person tweeted, “The biggest yikes ever.”
