Juicy Couture X Kraft Real Mayo drop ‘smooth’ tracksuits

Juicy Couture has been making its way back into the fashion scene, and the brand is about to drop a “velvety-smooth” collaboration with Kraft Real Mayo.

The collaboration — dubbed “The Smooth Lover’s” collection — is inspired by both brand’s distinct textures. 

The Kraft Real Mayo X Juicy Couture plush velour tracksuit will be a deep blue color, inspired by the Kraft Mayo label. 

The sweatpants will be embellished with “Smooth” on the rear instead of the iconic “Juicy” branding, and the back of the zip-up jacket will say “Long Live Velvety” in colored rhinestones. The line also includes a white velour tube top that reads “Mayo Couture” in the classic Juicy font.

“Velvety smooth DNA is something that is important to Juicy Couture and KRAFT Real Mayo, making this partnership an unexpected yet natural fit,” Bailey Schaefer, senior manager of brand partnerships at Authentic Brands Group, said in a press release.

Kraft wants the partnership to make people feel like they get to express their individuality, considering mayo lovers are never afraid to come to defense of their favorite condiment. 

“Kraft Real Mayo and Juicy Couture are both synonymous with being champions of those who revel in their individuality and are unafraid to stand up for what they love, making this partnership a match made in velvety heaven,” Kraft Real Mayo’s brand manager Frances Sabatier said in a statement.

“‘The Smooth Lover’s’ collection is a celebration of what we love most about our fans, and we’re thrilled to offer them the first-ever mayo-infused couture to rotate into their wardrobe and express their individuality,” Sabatier continued.

Kraft and Juicy shared an Instagram post about the collection with the caption, “For lovers of all things velvety smooth. This one’s for you.”

The set, ranging in sizes XS to XL will be available exclusively on the online store made just for the collaboration — Mayo Couture — for $150.

Pre-orders begin November 1, with the full launch of the collection on November 4.
