JoJo Siwa styles her short haircut, compares it to Justin Bieber’s

One month after chopping off her signature ponytail, JoJo Siwa is “still learning” how to style her new short haircut.

On Tuesday, the “Dance Moms” alum shared a quick TikTok tutorial showing how she does her ‘do, starting by applying oil to her wet hair before combing it out.

She then adds sea salt and volume sprays before blow-drying her strands with a diffuser.

Siwa, 18, finishes up with a “really tiny little” curling iron to create “super cute little tight curls.”

Joked the star at the end of the clip, “We have successfully turned into Jake Paul, Justin Bieber, maybe even Ellen [DeGeneres].” (She forgot Justin Timberlake, who famously rocked his own corkscrew curls in the ‘90s.)

When a commenter laughed at her comparisons, Siwa wrote back, “At least I know it.”

Ahead of unveiling her fresh cut earlier this month, Siwa teased the transformation on Instagram with a clip of someone snipping off her long blond strands.

Of the final result, she later shared, “It’s way different than long hair. It’s crazy! But I’m obsessed.”

Siwa’s look features buzzed sides and longer locks up top, which she can style straight, wavy or curly.

The social media superstar came out as part of the part of the LGBTQIA+ community at the beginning of 2021, and is currently dating someone new following her breakup with ex-girlfriend Kylie Prew.
