I’m a flight attendant — this booking hack could land you a private plane row
Being squished between two strangers on an airplane can be a tough row to hoe.
But this airway authority’s tip could help frequent flyers enjoy much cozier trips.
“Book seats in the very back of the plane if [you’re] not in a rush to disembark,” flight attendant and social media star Jennie Weenie, 41, told HuffPost UK.

“There is a higher chance you will get a full row to yourself,” advised the pro-cloud-cruiser, with well over 22 million online fans across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
It’s an aerospace hack for more personal space — and who wouldn’t want a little more knee, feet and elbow room at 30,000 feet?

Mid-air disputes over spacing and seats have gone viral, seeing rude aircraft riders allegedly attempt to “bully” their fellow passengers into giving them extra room to sprawl out in the oft-tight rows.
Hapless trippers of the sky-highway, such as a content creator user named Erin, have even found themselves smooshed between inconsiderate “manspreaders” — self-centered jet-setters who carelessly spread their legs into another person’s seating area during flights.
“Why would anyone EVER need that much room???,” a fuming Erin penned in the caption of a TikTok rant, which features visuals of her sandwiched between two unsympathetic space invaders.
Jeenie Weenie’s back-row booking stunt just might be the answer to a cramped passenger’s prayers.
And it’s not the only trick up her flight attendant sleeve.
Weenie teamed up with travel site Expedia for their 2025 Air Hack Report, which offers, “data-backed strategies to make your travel planning smarter and stress-free.”
She and the mile-high experts revealed that the best day to book a flight, either both domestic or international, for the best rate is Sunday.
However, when flying domestically, Saturday is the best day for traveling and saving the most money, per the list.
Friday is the best weekday to save on international journeys.
