Dippin’ Dots ex-CEO Scott Fischer busted for attacking girlfriend, walking outside naked: report

The ex-CEO of Dippin’ Dots was reportedly arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking his girlfriend and storming outside their Oklahoma home completely naked in a drunken-fueled rage.

Scott Fischer — who has a history of abuse — was booked on complaints of public intoxication, domestic violence by strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, and indecent exposure, according to court documents obtained by Fox 25.

Fischer, 43, allegedly attacked the woman hours after she confronted him about his alcohol abuse, which reportedly escalated over the past several weeks.

The girlfriend — whose identity was not revealed in the documents — had reportedly returned from work to their Oklahoma City home and found the former ice cream man intoxicated.

The pair verbally fought until the magnate took off his clothing and crawled into bed around 5:45 p.m. The arguments resumed again about six hours later when his partner tried to join him, cops said.

That’s when Fischer allegedly pulled her by her shirt and grabbed her around her throat until she slapped him away.

The ex-boss then chased her into their living room, where he threw her over the couch and began punching her in the chest, the report alleges.

The girlfriend was able to call 911 before Fischer allegedly yanked the phone out of her hands in an attempt to end the police report, but cops had already been dispatched and she had escaped the home.

When police arrived, they found Fischer standing unsteadily outside the house “completely naked with a blank expression on his face.”

“Fischer had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” and was “unsteady on his feet as we walked him to the patrol vehicle,” police said.

Investigators also found several small droplets of blood on the back of the seat cushions where Fischer is accused of beating his partner.

In 2021, the creamery boss admitted to sending an X-rated photo of an ex-girlfriend to her mother as part of a revenge porn campaign against her.

His former girlfriend, Amanda Brown, also accused Fischer of threatening to withhold money from her during their two-year relationship unless she sent him explicit images, which he then tried to use as “blackmail” to keep her in line.

In her lawsuit, Brown alleged that Fischer had a long history of drinking problems.

The ex-CEO was arrested for a DUI in 2018 after crashing into two homes in Edmund, Oklahoma.

Fischer did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
