Colombian soccer player Geisson Perera exposes himself during game

Some athletes will do just about anything to gain an edge when the right moment presents itself.

In a Colombian first division soccer match between Santa Fe and Jaguares de Córdoba on Sunday, one such moment arose.

Santa Fe defender Geisson Perera flashed his penis while a Jaguars player attempted to take a free kick. Right before the opposition lined up, Perera paused and pulled down his shorts to try to distract his opponent.

It is unclear if the incident actually affected the outcome of the kick, but the shot missed wide.

Regardless, fans were reportedly not pleased, according to TMZ Sports. Some Santa Fe followers called for Perera to be sanctioned or permanently removed. The 31-year-old was not penalized for his behavior, though.

Despite the odd moment, the Jaguares won the match, 2-1.
