Bizarre ‘nipple’ manicure shocks Instagram: ‘Tasteless’

What a way to ring in the new year.

An unusual nail salon chain that operates in Russia, Ukraine and Los Angeles has shocked Instagram with its latest cutting-edge creation — 3D breasts pierced with tiny nipple rings.

In the quick clip posted this week, a Nail Sunny manicurist adds circular layers of a clay-like substance onto an acrylic nail to create a nipple shape. The nail is painted beige, while the “nipple” itself is pink with white flecks. A ring adorned with a star hangs off each “breast.”

The look has udderly divided the social media platform, with some of the chain’s 1.9 million followers pumped about the unique nail art. Others think the design and execution suck.

“That nail art…..Oh starry night, the nipples are brightly blinging!” one Instagrammer whistled.

“I’m gonna get these,” another vowed in the comments on the post, which has racked up more than 6,700 likes.

Other Instagrammers hammered the nail salon chain.

“Vulgar and very tasteless,” one user clipped.

“If you are going to be provocative and dirty, then at least do it flawlessly. Sloppy execution makes it worse,” another ripped.

“Those boobies look botched, but I get the idea. C for creativity,” a third conceded.

One commenter assumed they were donut nails — before the stars completed the look.

The Post reached out to Nail Sunny for comment.

The salon chain — which boasts 16 international locations and two in LA — courted controversy with past wacky designs that have incorporated real food (tortilla strips garnished with herbs); live ants sealed in a set of clear nails; and dead prawn heads.

Speaking of questionable Russian manicures, celebrities such as Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber have nailed that trend, which involves removing the cuticle with an electric filer to allow the polish to reach the base of the nail bed.
