Woman’s shock at her first picture with newborn baby: ‘Made me howl’

You never get a second chance to meet your newborn baby for the first time, so one mom made sure her fiancé captured it on camera.

Unfortunately for new mom Georgia, her first picture with her son, Koa, was not what she envisioned.

Instead of the Instagram-worthy image she wanted, the picture her fiancé snapped showed her still with a gas and air device and looking both shocked and exhausted.

“One for the photo albums,” she jokingly captioned the video of the images, which she posted to TikTok.

The video — which has over 3.1 million views — shows her and her fiancé dressed up while she was pregnant, with Georgia writing, “Babe, can you take a nice pic of when I first meet our baby?”

It then cuts to the photo he took straight after she gave birth, with Georgia writing, “The photo he took.”

In the comments, the mom clarified he did take lots of other lovely photos and this one was taken “literal seconds” after her son was born.

“This one just made me howl,” she said.
