Plane passenger sounds off about ‘inconsiderate’ flight behavior: ‘Would prefer a crying baby’

This will make you want to tear your hair out — or theirs.

An enraged JetBlue traveler shared a photo of the seat in front of them draped in the passenger’s hair, expressing their annoyance with the person’s inconsiderate behavior.

“This in addition to her screaming every few seconds at the Super Bowl has made this flight such a pleasure,” the anonymous flyer said sarcastically on Reddit.

According to their remarks in the comments, the woman seated in front of them on their Sunday evening flight was blocking the user’s screen with her hair, only putting her tresses up into a bun when the user complained.

The Redditor also claimed that the woman was “pushing her seat back more than was normal” mere inches from their face.

The entire ordeal has inspired the user to book first class next time in an attempt to avoid unruly travelers — and commenters agreed.

“I am so glad I am financially stable enough to fly 1st class for my next flight,” one person wrote.

“I would prefer a crying baby, honestly; at least they have a reason to be inconsiderate,” quipped another.

“It’s really incredible the amount of people, (fully grown adults especially) who have absolutely zero spatial awareness whatsoever or they just don’t give a f – – k about having any consideration for other people in public,” lamented someone else.

“Like I’m willing to bet whoever this person is, would be so clueless as to why the entire rest of that plane didn’t enjoy her loud a – – mouth, or why you didn’t care to have her rats nest on your TV, but would absolutely lose her s – – t if she had someone do these same things to her.”

“The f – – ked up, greasy yet dry at the same time, matted birds nest hair tells me everything I need to know about her,” snarked one user.

“If you had scissors in your bag, you could fix the hair issue,” commented another person. “For the screaming, that’s why you need to carry noise canceling headphones with you.”

But the hairy scenario isn’t the first of its kind. Plane passengers have previously complained of similar behaviors online, such as Julie B. Christensen, who, in 2023, shared a viral TikTok video of a woman’s long mop of hair draped over the seat, covering the screen.

While she said in disbelief that she wished it “was staged,” Christensen laughed it off instead of voicing her frustration.

“I wasn’t annoyed or anything, because I had so much legroom,” she said at the time. “It was beautiful, gorgeous hair and looked very nice and clean.”

“I wondered, ‘Why would you throw your beautiful clean hair all over this dirty plane’, but I guess it’s up to her,” she added, although she implored future travelers to “keep your hair to yourself.”
