I had small boobs but made them bigger without surgery — here’s how
This woman has a nifty secret to keeping her breasts at their best.
TikTok user Casey Johnson revealed on social media that despite growing up with a small chest, she found a way to grow her breasts naturally.
She claimed that people can skip plastic surgery and just add good fats into their diets to double the size of their boobage.
It was in March 2021 that Johnson decided to try “intuitive eating” — and then reportedly gained about five pounds.
“Before you say I actually gained weight — I only gained like five pounds and that definitely wouldn’t have affected my boobs the way that it did,” she said in a TikTok video.
In her clip, she posted before and after photos of her in a bikini; her bosom was noticeably different.
“In March 2021, you can see I don’t really have a lot to work with here. At this point I had been checking my calories for about three years,” she explained.
The health influencer revealed that she was restricting herself from certain foods and wasn’t eating enough fats. “I had stuck to really strict macros and part of those macros was not allowing myself to eat enough fat so, I’d have about 60 grams of fat a day — which is nothing,” she said.
She began adding olive oil, avocado and nuts to her diet, claiming that they “helped my digestion system and my hormones.”
But it was when she took a trip to Mexico that she was “gaining growth back after all of my intuitive eating.” While on vacation, Johnson caught COVID and made her “re-evaluate my health.”
She began taking vitamins and said that the nutrients started making a “huge difference” in her body.
According to health studies, estrogen-rich foods such as soy, sesame seeds, tofu and healthy fats can contribute to breast enlargement.
Her followers were skeptical of the idea, though, commenting on their confusion.
“Girl, it’s weight and you worked out. You’re skinny and 5 lbs makes a huge difference. I’m that way,” one person penned.
Another added: “Vitamins are only useful if you have a vitamin deficiency.”
However, others were interested in the trick. “Pls lmk what you researched to determine what a healthy amount of fat is cus i’m fully eating 60 currently LOLL,” one user chimed in.
Someone else suggested: “There are chest exercises you can do to build the muscle in that area so they are more pronounced too.”
