Hooters waitress’ uniform hack to be more comfortable at job

She’s keeping folks abreast of how she’s surviving Hooters.

Well-endowed waitress Leah Fennelly is virally spilling saucy secrets about how she manages to comfortably sling fried chicken wings during grueling shifts at Hooters while being forced to wear the restaurant chain’s infamously tight-fitting uniform

“During a really long shift, your tights get super tight. They really cut into you, your stomach hurts, [and right now] I’m already not feeling good,” said Fennelly, 24, from Tampa, Fla., in her trending TikTok tell-all.

In the clip, which has amassed over 3.6 million views, the brunette fox is dressing for work, donning a low-cut Hooters T-shirt to flaunt her ample chest and a pair of gray sweatpants atop her company-issued orange shorts and nude-hued pantyhose.

But, because the tights are, well, extremely tight, Fennelly, while holding a pair of scissors, demonstrated how she cuts into the waistline of the clinging undies in order to release some of the pressure that they impose on her stomach.

“What I do is, I take scissors and you just kind of cut,” she said as she sliced small incisions into the top of the nylons, creating a loser fit around her waist. “But you don’t want to cut all the way because then your tights are going to rip and then it’s kind of pointless.”

After making the much-needed adjustments to the gripping undergarments, Fennelly — a law student who ranked as a finalist in this year’s Miss Hooters pageant — breathed a sigh of relief.

“It helps,” she rejoiced.

By making small slits in the pantyhose along the perimeter of her waistline, Fennelly enjoys a slightly looser fit.

“It kind of loosens and then you cover [the cut portion of the hose up by tucking your shirt into your shorts], and that is my little trick to feeling a lot more comfortable on shift,” added Fennelly with a spin and a smile.

And, surprisingly, her over 173,800 TikTok followers not only approved of her hosiery hack, but they also admitted to using it themselves.

“I used to [do] this when I had to wear tights for my school uniform or ballet tights too,” confessed an advocate of the fashion flimflam.

“I used to have to do this to my jeans as a kid [because] I was a fat hahaha,” said another.

And an unashamed man even chimed in, copping to cutting his clothes for a more comfy fit.

“I work at a bank and I’m also a guy. I also used scissors to cut my belt cause it’s easier than opening the buckle and changing the settings,” revealed the dude.

As for Fennelly, this isn’t the first time her Hooters hauteness has gone viral.

In April, the bosomy belle scored over 16.1 million views on a clip in which she revealed how much money she earns in a day as a Hooter waitress.

And in May, she boldly blew the whistle on the raunchy remarks she often receives from rude Hooters customers.
