People wore white to my friend’s wedding, the bride was ‘sad’

It was a white wedding — and the bride wasn’t happy about it.

Isabella Santos Giha, who goes by @isabellasg3 on TikTok, exposed two guests wearing white gowns to her friend, Sisi Lozada’s wedding.

In the nine-second clip with 18.2 million views, she records the rule-breakers wearing bridal-like gowns, even referring to one as a “legit wedding dress.”

The white dresses incorporated floral detailing and flowy gowns, showing off their shoulders.

Giha captured the bride’s facial expression realizing she had some competition on her big day, commenting “The bride got sad.”

To avoid future brides feeling upset on their wedding days, the TikToker captioned the viral video, “Please never wear WHITE at someone’s wedding. It is sad and disrespectful.”

Both guests are believed to be from Bolivia and lack knowledge of the unspoken rule to not wear white at someone’s wedding.

“Kicked out immediately,” commented one person, while another added, “Spill wine.”

“Me as a friend.. excuse me, can you n your +1 come with me. Walk them to the exit. Go change your dress and come back if u like. thank you,” wrote one woman.

Giha agreed with the approach, commenting, “Seriously, it gets worse; one of them was THE COUSIN OF THE GROOM.”

Some viewers didn’t understand why the bride was so bothered by the guests when she looked so breathtaking.

“Let your friend know she outshined them and looked stunning 🫶🏼,” commented an admirer.

“I wouldn’t even care because none of them would look as good as me on my wedding day 😂😂,” quipped one person.

Some said they wouldn’t let the guests get away with such a big bridal faux pas.

“This is why you need a designated person to give them a neon orange shirt that says, ‘I wore white to a wedding.’ 🙁 “also have disappearing ink on hand,” one problem solver recommended.

“I know damn well my guests would be throwing all the shade, so I don’t have to, and I’d look graceful for being unbothered.”

Giha replied, “EXACTLYYY WHAT WE DID.”
