Machine Gun Kelly rocks diamond manicure at Billboard Music Awards 2022
Machine Gun Kelly’s got some dazzling digits.
The “Emo Girl” rocker hit the Billboard Music Awards 2022 red carpet Sunday sporting a blinding, blinged-out manicure worth a cool $30,000 while cuddling up to lady love Megan Fox.
Nails of LA founder Brittney Boyce collaborated with Marrow Fine Jewelry‘s Jillian Sassone on the sparkling look, which features 880 diamonds weighing in at a total of 11.4 carats.
“The nail set perfectly embodies MGK’s glam rock style,” Boyce tells Page Six Style, adding, “The whole set took over 10 hours to make. They were created off-site and applied before he hit the red carpet.”
The artist calls the headline-making couple “by far [her] favorite clients.”
“We get to do the coolest things together and with every major nail look, we always go bigger the next time,” she says.
MGK, 32, wore an all-black Dolce & Gabbana look comprised of an equally bedazzled turtleneck and cropped suit silhouetted with sharp silver spikes.
Fox, 35, coordinated with her fiancé in an off-the-shoulder black David Koma gown with a plunging neckline super-high slit and long sleeves adorned with crystal flower appliqués.

Boyce has created a number of matching manicures for the couple over the past couple of years, including their chained-together tips at MGK’s UN/DN LAQR launch in December 2021 and their razor-sharp claws at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
“They like to match,” Boyce told Page Six Style last year, calling MGK “one of my favorite clients … Because no matter what, I’ll always get good nail shots with him, because he loves showing them off so much. With the girls I’m like, ‘Come on, show your nails.’ But he does such a great job with making them an actual accessory.”
Added the artist, “I mean, part of me would be like, ‘Oh, it’s so cool if [couple’s nail art] does become a trend.’ But the other part of me is like, ‘I just want it to stay theirs.’”
Fans of Kelly’s manicure can soon snag a piece of his style: Post-show, the gems from the star’s nails will be upcycled into a collection of limited-edition rings, which will be sold on Marrow’s website with 100% of proceeds going to charity.
MGK is nominated for Top Rock Artist at this year’s Billboard Music Awards, and is also set to perform during the telecast.
