65-year-old bikini competitor says she’s having best sex
Sex suits her.
Bikini competitor Bobbi Parker Hall claims to be having the best sex of her life at 65 years old — and says it’s a secret to maintaining her youthful appearance and energy.
“It’s so crazy to realize that at my age, I am having the best sex of my life,” the blonde bombshell, from Portland, Oregon, told Jam Press.
Hall, who struggled with her weight for years, is convinced that her deep connection to her partner, along with a focus on her physical and mental health, have allowed her to have the best sex in her golden years — and this mind-blowing passion is the key to aging gracefully.
Seven years into marriage, Hall swears that “a highly sexual connection is the undiscussed key to aging well.”
“The intimacy I share with my husband, Dean, has made me feel a deep sense of closeness and safety on so many levels, that I’m now enjoying multiple orgasms every time we have sex,” Hall shared. “This depth of pleasure and intimacy is a precious gift.”
She believes that “it’s one of the most overlooked aspects of life.”
“Sex doesn’t have to end at a certain age,” she insists.
The mom of two hopes her advice helps older women get into the best shape of their lives and have the best sex.
Hall recommends that women work to maintain their muscles and flexibility, promising that either can be built at any age.
Hall believes her fitness journey helped her to recharge mentally, physically and emotionally since her divorce.
“I have found [it] to be one of the best things to help with rebooting your life,” she explained.
She also advises women maintain a healthy weight and take care of their skin — but “stay away from any products that contain too many chemicals.”
“Even at 80 years old, I have seen it, we always care about the way we look,” Hall said. “But don’t overdue cosmetic surgeries, go gray if you want, you just need to accept where you are at with your age.”
And a strong mind leads to a strong body, she noted.
“Get out in nature often too to reinvigorate the body, mind and spirit,” Hall suggests.
“Make your personal peace a top priority in life and push yourself to keep growing in your relationship with yourself first.”
She hopes to encourage others entering their senior years to “refuse to allow any stereotypes of aging to block you from attaining your goals” and “be a positive role model for the next generation by identifying as a fit person no matter your age.”
“It’s also vital to continue to explore new ways to grow, learn and find the courage to do what you’ve always wanted to do, but haven’t done so yet,” Hall suggested.
“Eagerly look for new ways to express yourself creatively, as a means of relaxation and stress reduction.”
Hall shares her journey on social media to help others climax physically, emotionally and sexually.
“I think it doesn’t matter what our age is — women always want to feel attractive and desired,” she said.
